All ages and stages, private individuals, schools and workplaces alike receive a programme designed specifically for their requirements.

In-person group held on Yas Island. Designed as an informal get together to get the week off to a great mindful start
Using a blend of singing bowls and guided meditation, these sessions are designed for relaxation. Available for individuals or groups.
Available for private and business clients, positive psychology principles are used to deliver tailor-made workshops to motivate and nurture development, building confidence, resilience and success.
Each workshop lasts 2 hours and can be delivered in person or on line
Unlock your creativity in weekly, 45 minute classes taking a mindful approach. A range of activities available from learning to play the piano and singing, to painting, poetry and journaling.
Private individuals and Schools
Weekly, 30 minute Sessions to introduce and develop mindful practices for kids aged 7 - 11 years. Available on line or in person.
A programme for 11 - 18 year olds encouraging the use of mindful and positive psychology practices for wellness. Weekly, 30 minute sessions available on line or in person
Weekly, half hour lessons to unlock your child’s creativity through a range of activities. Choose from learning to play the piano, or expressing emotions through art, poetry, writing or journaling.
