Trained as a mindfulness mentor, teacher, musician and artist, Debs uses mindfulness and the arts to work with individuals and groups in sessions which weave together the fostering of wellness and creativity.
Combining research with fun and full-filling activity our services are a great way to invest in a life lived well. We work by first listening to your needs and then designing/delivering programmes to help you reach your goals.
Suitable for 7 - 16 year olds
Each week a new focus will be introduced with activities to be practised through the week.
Sessions will be interactive and allow for pupils to share their experience and learning.
These 30 minute Zoom sessions introduce young people to the science and skills which help them to understand and control their own thoughts and feelings. A fun and highly useful course teaching practical skills around topics such as understanding stress anxiety and how to overcome it as well as looking at friendship towards ourselves and others.
Sessions are interactive with a maximum number of 4 per session to allow experiences and learning to be shared.
Suitable for young people and adults over the age of 16
Weekly sessions for adults which nurture and explore how to successfully navigate the big challenges of modern times, including the impact of pandemic and its impact on our daily life. The sessions are interactive and we work together to develop practical coping strategies and skills. Using a proven, research backed approach to mindfulness we help clients to manage stress, improve sleep, improve relationships and more!
